The AI Edit feature for our iOS mobile app automatically enhances your videos using smart AI tools - making editing faster and easier. You can generate clean, polished videos with subtitles, titles, and other smart edits in just a few taps.

Limitations

  • Available with the Mobile Pro plan.

How It Works

1. Create a Project

  • Open the VEED app and start by creating a new project.

2. Pick or Record a Video

  • Choose an existing video from your device

  • Or record a new one directly in the app

3. Select a Language

  • Set the language you’re speaking in

  • Optionally, choose a language to translate into

4. Run AI Edit

  • Tap Continue to start the AI Edit.
VEED will analyze your video and automatically apply smart edits.

5. Review and Customize

  • After the AI Edit completes, you’ll see a success screen where you can:

    • Swipe left or right in the carousel to pick between different styles

    • Toggle individual edits on or off (for example, remove titles by tapping the title icon)

    • Your preferences are saved automatically for future videos

FAQ

  • Q: What if I don’t want to use AI Edit?

    • You can skip AI Edit and add subtitles only to your video.

  • Q: Does AI Edit remember my subtitle styles?

    • Yes. From version 7.1.0, your subtitle styles will be saved automatically.

  • Q: Does it remember which features I want to use?

    • Yes. If you turn off a feature (for example, Titles), it will stay off for your next video.

  • Q: Does AI Edit cut or add clips to my video?

    • No, not yet. AI Edit currently enhances and styles your existing footage without trimming or adding clips.

  • Q: What if a feature fails to load or apply?

    • You’ll still see the result screen. It might take up to 2 minutes for processing to complete.

  • Q: Why doesn't the AI Edit option show up for me?

    • If the AI Edit option isn't appearing when you upload a new video, it could be due to it being disabled in your account settings. You can enable/disable the AI Edits by going into your account settings at the bottom right of the screen, and switching on/off the Auto-Edit my videos option.
