Using our mobile app, you can add Stickers, GIFs, and Emojis to your videos. Here is a short tutorial on how to do it.
This article is for the mobile iOS Captions app.
Step-by-Step: Adding Elements
Open the App
Go into the VEED Captions app.
Find the project
Head into the project and tap Edit.
Adding Stickers
Tap on the Stickers option.
Select the Sticker
Scroll down and tap on the sticker to add it. Scroll to the side of each section to see more elements of that section. Only 1 sticker can be shown on the screen at a time.
Moving the Stickers
Hold your finger over the added sticker and move it to the section of video where you want it to appear.
Adjust the timing
You can adjust the timing of the sticker by tapping on Set Timing. Hold your finger on the sticker on the timeline and move it sideways to adjust the time when it appears on the screen. Drag either of the handles at the end of the sticker on the timeline to adjust the start and end time of the sticker.
Replace the sticker(Optional)
Tap on Replace and select another sticker you wish to add.
Finish editing
Once you are done editing your title, tap on Done at the top of the screen.
FAQ:
Q: Why does tapping on the Stickers option select the sticker on the screen and not allow me to add a new sticker?
This happens when you already have a sticker in the project at the time you are at. Move to a time where there are no stickers yet and tap on Stickers.
Q: Can I add more than one sticker to show simultaneously?
You can only show 1 sticker on the video at a time. However, you can have multiple stickers throughout the video, but only show 1 at a time.
